Consensus Coaches Debating Teams to Success

As we approach the finals for various debating competitions in NSW, Consensus has great news to share about the success of the debators that we coach around the state. The following teams are all coached or offered training by senior Consensus tutors:

Primary School State Debating Championship:

  • Illawarra South East team

  • Riverina team

  • Northern Sydney team

  • Hunter/Central Coast team

Junior State Debating Championship:

  • Riverina team

Furthermore, a number of junior high school students we have taught in ThinkTank classes have been selected for their regional squads, including Aurora College students, Ana, Sophie, Matilda and Seth, as well as Layla from Braidwood Central School. 

Lastly, the Aurora College 7/8 debating team, coached by one of our lead tutors, has made it to the State Finals in Sydney for the third year in a row.
